Assignment Q4
The first artivle is about the birth subsidy. Because the birth subsidy is very low, they can not use it to take care their children. And if a woman is in maternity leave, when she comes back her job, then her salary must be lower before she is in maternity leave. I also think it is not sufficient to take care their children, and it is unfair. Women who have to breed so that we can have enough menpower resources, so I think women are great than men. If men could pregnant, I hope they could feel the women's hardship. I think we should talk to the government. We can ask more birth subsidy and do not reduce the salary so that we can have enough money to take care our children.

Actually, I'm pretty sure that it's illegal to reduce a woman's salary when she comes back from maternity leave. It's also illegal to fire them, but it still happens a lot.
If the payment is increased on maternity leave, we must also consider where the money will come from to pay for it. Another issue is offering unpaid maternity leave, but not everyone could afford to use it.
WOW! Let's step out and make ourselves heard. I think it's better that if people can stand out for their own while the very moment. Fight for the benefits.
The money is not the principal problem, the reason is their concept of women.
