Typhoon Jangmi lashed Taiwan with torrential rains and powerful winds, and it was the most terrible typhoon that I have never seen. The rains and winds were powerful so that there was an electric power cut in my hometown. Because there was no electricity in my hometown, it was really boring. I just lay on my bed and didn’t know what to do. Fortunately, after five hours later, the electricity was restored. I hope there was no one injured in this typhoon.

Wow the power went out? Where is your hometown? No electricty for 5 hours... I think I would have read a book or taken a nap, or played cards or something.
Only one journal entry though and nothing on the "issue" that I asked you to select and write on weekly. write write write!
